Oysters have been used in beer for centuries and provide a complex, semi-sweet minerality and creaminess to the body thanks to the high calcium carbonate levels in the shells. We thew the whole oyster in – shell and all – and used a dozen oysters per 30 liters of brew. Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
