Huge tropical notes of pineapple, mango, tangerine and pink grapefruit abound with vanilla, black pepper, rose flowers with a hint of pine all from the biotransformation of linalool and geraniol and generous helpings of post fermentation dry hopping. All gently nestled on a big fluffy base of pilsner malt, malted oats and flaked wheat. It’s a cool beer and we still love to play with these hop combinations.
A solid grist of Gladfield Lager Light, Malted Oats and Flaked Wheat combined with a warmer mash temp yield a full bodied fluffy mouthfeel with a little help from the Bluestone New England liquid yeast. Just in time for summer!” – Currumbin Valley Brewing Co.
