This refreshing lager is super balanced, using Aussie grown, Japanese inspired ingredients. Taking a leaf from sake brewing, we innoculate this small batch beer with koji spores. This breaks down the complex sugars, resulting in a bone dry, thirst quenching body. A lashing of Australian hops are used to compliment yuzu from Victoria’s high country and koshihikari rice from the Riverina region of NSW.
