“To make Snorkel, we brewed a beer with malted barley, malted wheat, and raw Texas Hill Country water. In the whirlpool, we added Texas grown oyster mushrooms from Hi-Fi Mycology and alderwood smoked sea salt. We fermented it with our mixed culture of native yeasts and bacteria.
