Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipment, we will inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse or factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have made the order.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
