So we decided to make a few Winter Seltzer flavours and our first release has been almost two years in the making. We wanted to give our Winter seltzer a little colour to represent the flavours in the brew. We decided to brew organic butterfly pea flowers into the kettle during the brewing process to give it a purple hue.
