“After a successful experimental series, we are excited to be using our microdose hopping technique once again in this Oat Cream IPA. By adding small amounts of a variety of hops more regularly during fermentation, we have found we were able create heightened, more complex flavour profiles in our beers. For Cream On Chrome we selected a combination of Mosaic, Sabro, Amarillo, Citra, Centennial and Cashmere hops in carefully calculated rations to create this fruit forward juice bomb that finishes lusciously creamy and with balanced sweetness.” – Mountain Cultlure
